A warranty is only as good as the peace of mind it provides. Megabass of America has taken this to heart, and is proud to present an all-new three (3) year Full-Warranty of Megabass® rods in the United States and Canada.
Megabass of America will replace your Megabass® rod free of charge for a period of one (1) year from date of initial purchase. After the first year, or the first return (whichever comes first), all rods will be replaced for a flat-fee of 40% of listed MSRP. Again, this includes shipping, and comes with a peace of mind guarantee. If your rod cannot be repaired, we will replace it, no questions asked. This warranty is limited to retail sales of Megabass® rods by Megabass of America and its authorized dealers in the United States of America and Canada (for a current list of authorized dealers, please check our dealer link). This warranty applies to the original owner only, and is non-transferrable.
Please note that no claim will be processed unless the following criteria are met:
- You are the original owner
- You purchased your rod from Megabass of America or from an authorized Megabass® dealer in the US or Canada
- You are within the warranty period of three (3) years from the purchase date
- You have a copy of the original resale invoice
- You have completed the official Warranty Claim Form
- Your rod, Claim Form, and copy of original receipt have been received at our CA office
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact [email protected] to receive your warranty claim form, and return authorization number. Upon receiving and completing your claim form, please ship your damaged rod to the address below. Broken blanks may be cut to save on shipping costs, but in no more than one place (not including breaks). Please note that all Canadian claims serviced by Megabass of America will be charged an international processing fee of $50 for first-time claims within the first year of the warranty period.

If damage to your rod cannot be repaired, a no-fee replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted. Megabass of America reserves the right to replace a model that is no longer in production with a current model of our choosing. (Updated 8/9/2013)
Although the Megabass of America warranty applies only to Megabass® rods as specified above, if you experience any issue you feel to be defect-related, please feel free to contact us. While there is no program in place to provide replacements or repairs of any kind, we encourage you to contact us and mail us any products with suspected defects for examination. Megabass® products are manufactured with the strictest of quality controls, and each and every suspected issue will be closely examined. Megabass is committed to premium quality, and towards that end, we welcome any and all constructive input from you, our dedicated anglers.
