When you look back the past 10 plus years, our top-water bait line up began with the dog-walking baits such as DOG-X. Then, POP-X joined the line up in 1996 and then SLIDE-SINKER, POP-MAX, PROP-DARTER, ZERO and TYPE-X. Each one of them has a distinct action capability which did not exist in the market until they were introduced by Megabass. It seems that with the introduction of TYPE-X the top-water fishing has elevated itself to another level. There are so many things you can do with these baits, it is now conceivable for some one to fish nothing but top-water most of the season. TYPE-X is designed for spot fishing by being able to stay in a small area longer than most other baits.
